I have a small Tavern in Mt. Holly, New Jersey.  With the economy as it is, I have taken over almost all the cooking shifts myself.  This is taking me away from what I do best which is promote the business and falling behind in paperwork as well.  I am thinking that bringing in someone to run the kitchen will save me money and also allow me to make more by doing what I do best. .  Any help would be truly appreciated.
