hello,i have owned and cooked in a restaurant in wales for 26 years mostly euro/italian influenced cuisine.


also have travelled around the world mostly to eat lol, alot in s.e. asia ,mexico most of europe,turkey and the middle east.


favourite foods to eat probably swiss/german,thai and mexican.
