Salad Shooter Carrot Cake Recipe, Please??

Years ago, maybe early to mid seventies, I had bought a new fangled contraption called a SALAD SHOOTER. 

It came with a recipe booklet that had the most fantastic Carrot Cake recipe I have ever had in my lifetime.  Moist, dense cake, loads of carrots, the best!! 

Over these many years and having moved house more than several times,

I have lost that booklet and I was hoping that maybe someone out there in Cheftalk.com land had that same experience and still have their recipe.

Heh thanks chefPeteMcCracken for the link.  That recipe seems pretty close to the CI recipe ~ Very Good Carrot Cake/American Classics 2008 issue.  I did save this to my favs and I will give this one a whirl. 

BTW: the CI recipe wasn't it...
