Hi, I would like to start a gourmet confectionery business in Peoria, Arizona. I've spent countless hours doing research and I've decided that there is so much involved with a start-up food biz, I'd prefer not to go it alone. If there is anyone interested in partnering up with me I'd love to hear from you. Someone with experience in either food or marketing would be fantastic, but I would be happy with a partner who simply shares my enthusiasm, and is willing to put in the time and effort necessary to get something like this off the ground. It is definitely NOT for the faint of heart!


I would also love to hear from anyone who has started a successful food business of a similar nature using a commercial kitchen as home kitchen use is not permitted in Arizona.
