Would appreciate some advice here.
I am working with a client on a communion cake. As a topper I made a poured sugar cross (celtic style) from a silicone mold (globalsugarart.com). After a few trials, it came out fantastic.....pheww! But now I have a question....How can I attach the sugar to the fondant as a topper? (the silicone mold had no hole to place a lollipop stick) The cross is about 7" high. This is my first time working with sugar. I used granulated sugar, if that helps with the feedback.
Any ideas would be welcome,
