Puff pastry ideas

I'm trying to clean out my freezer and would like some interesting ideas on what to do with a box of puff pastry that needs to be used up.  These are the things that I have already done with it, any new ideas?

 

- Rolled it up with spinach and cheese to make pinwheels

- used it as pizza dough

- used it as topping for pot pies

Have you considered doing Beef Wellington?

It's a good idea but the purpose of this is to clear out my freezer, not buy a really expensive cut of meat.  But yes I have considered and like the idea.
