Staff meal ideas

just started a new job and have to cook staff meals, trouble is i dont want to be doing the same old stuff (lasagne, bacon and egg pie, fettuccini, mac and cheese etc) but the job is in a bar kitchen so ingredients are limited. i am sure many chefs have found themselves in a similar situation and maybe you have some golden nuggets of wisdom and inspiration you could share with a rookie such as me? one last thing is that the meal needs to be produced en mass, not individual portions.
