I'm a culinary student and planned to attend GBC this fall and i absolutely have no experience (well I have 6 month experience working at Milestone Bar & Grill). After reading couple of forum, is it true is going to be well stressful inside and outside the course, and is it also true you have to perform julienne cut at the FIRST of ur chef training? if it is true, i gotta practice before class starts.
