My mother used to make these wonderful bar cookies. To my recollection, they were made with oatmeal, raisins, lemon juice and Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk. They were made in a 9 x 13 pan, and she put in the oatmeal mixture, then the raisins, then more oatmeal mixture. They were absolutely wonderful! I would really love to find this recipe.
