I'm looking for a great cooking vacation experience. There are so many online, but I'd prefer to get recommendations from folks who have actually attended one. Ideally, I'd like to do a week in Provence but open to other locations.

I have taken various courses around Europe, everything from a day to a month. I suppose it depends on what type of cuisine you would like to study.
One that I would recommend is the Ballymaloe school in Eire. Another couple in the UK that I would recommend would be
Anton Mosimann Academy, London
Rick Stein's cookery school, Padstow, Cornwall
Nick Nairn, Lake of Menteith, Scotland
Also
LCB, Paris
Valentina Harris, Liguria
