I read reddit, and have enjoyed the cooking subreddit lately. If you haven't heard of reddit.com before, it's basically a social news site in which the content is driven based on the communities "up vote" or "down vote" .. the things that people like rise to the top. They do some thing's called AMA's (ask me anything) .. and the community asked if Bourdain would do an AMA. Well they worked it out that he would answer the top 10 questions. He did it in video format:

Edit: his language, demeanor is typical Bourdain

Had to research it for a second. There apparently was a section where someone coughed so loud that people were complaining it either "scared the hell out of them" or "made them rip their headphones off" .. so Anthony via twitter:

"Attention Reddit People, looking for missing AMA on YouTube. It's down--at my request--to fix the egregiously awful audio mix. Back soon"

So I'll edit the link as soon as they get it back up with the audio mix corrected.
