Dear Gale, I watched your tv show with wonder. You made everything you did seem enjoyable and easy! I know they were not easy! Because of your talent and knowledge of course.I have very little of knowledge. I do ithink I have some talent. Cupcakes and cookies are my enjoyment.  I was any art major inscholl. I also like making little figures on the cakes and cookies. They are quite beautiful. Everyone seems to think I have products that should be shared with the world. Of course these are friends. I realize the beauty is in the eye of the beholder! I'm 64 and have never had any schooling in any type of food preparation. I just love it. I've taken all the courses from Wilton that were offered. Not much there. I think I really need to get in a good school that will teach me how baking works. I want to kknow what to put with what if I want this or that to happen. I don't know anything. Just common sense. But, like I said, I'm 64. Am I too late? Maybe a bakery assistant would be a place to start. Any suggestions, Please!

Thank you for your time. Thank you for your show. I miss it,DSC00165.jpgDSC00506.jpg

Those are just beautiful!!!   How long does it take to decorate the cookies like that?    I need to up my Christmas cookie game plan!   Seeing this is good motivation. :)
