cucumber flowers?

i just saw these lovely cucumber flowers on farmers market yesterday.it just reminds me of zuccini flower that i always want to make but never could since i never found them here in my country. my question is cucumber flower edible or just for decoration or can we cook them? can i use them as a subsitute for zuccini flowers

From a culinary viewpoint the only difference between zucchini and cuke flowers is size. Cucumber blossoms are exponentially smaller.

 

If you just want to bread and fry them, go to it. Personally, I wouldn't have the patience to stuff cucumber flowers. But there's no reason not to if you've a mind to.
