I am a third year apprentice. And i have been entered into a culinary cook off, And i need to come up with a Entree for 4 people consisting of 3 cray fish/marron and 1 silver perch.
A Main for 4 people consisting of 1 duck (optional including foie gras) and 1 rabbit and limited ingredients.
