Problem with Link

I tried to check out this link to see what's possible with the new upgrades for customizing our profiles, etc:

but I got this message instead:

There Seems to be a Problem

I'm reporting the error here as requested in the hope that I'll be able to check out the possibilities soon.

It's just the URL; when you're linking to another member's profile, there's no ".html" at the end of the link. To reach Nicko's profile, the address is:
