Chinta Ria Chicken Curry Recipe

Good Afternoon All

 

Hoping someone may assist me here... I will kiss your feet if you do (well not really but that is how desperate I am).

 

Chinta Ria in Sydney do a magnificent Chicken Curry.  I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!

 

I am wondering if anyone would have the recipe for this?

 

Apprently Simon Goh printed this recipe in a cookbook called Hot Food Cool Jazz but there is no where in Australia that sells it. Well there is but they want $73.14 for it - pass.

 

Looking forward to hearing from anyone that can assist.

What kind of chicken curry? it is coconut based or what?
