Pastry Chef

I like cooking desserts more than anything and I was wondering which culinary school was well known for their pasty.

What kind of jobs should I get to get practice on pastry?

Perhaps if we knew were you were based, we might be able to be of more assistance!  For instance, I'm in the UK, but most of the membership here is in the USA - with quite a few from Canada, too. Are you based in any of the three named countries?

As an overseas student it can be difficult to get a visa, so you need to ensure that wherever you wish to study, you fulfil all the criteria that country requires!
