It seems that all of the sites that I can find are more focused on bread baking more than the art of pastry making.

 

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you looking for recipes? Techniques, videos, or community forums? There's a lot more to finding a site than just searching for "pastry - not bread."

I'm looking for forums where people (proffesionals as well as home cooks/bakers) discuss techniques and troubleshooting for pastries more so than baking bread ... videos and recipes/formulas would be nice as well.
