crepes machines ?? any help please !!!

I am planning to set up e crepes making  little food oultlet  in market where i will be trading twice a week , could any one recomend good crepes maker, considering i will be using gaz. I have been told the ones made in italy are really good and heavy duty.

has any one set up similar trading in uk and what is their experiences?

They are made in all sizes for professionals in a french company; www.krampouz.com

There's an english translation of the website. It would surprise me if they weren't represented in other countries.

Maybe just ask them.

For only two days a week, I'd skip the crepe machine, and get a propane stove and some pans.Much cheaper, and you have use for the items if you decide to exit the business.
