Thanks very much, however, I do cook professionally. I started as a salad/pantry cook when I was in high school.
My inspiration comes from the people that are close to me who I want to make happy. I am also a musician so I like to take an artistic approach to food, combining flavors and making a delicious recipe.
It is amazing to experience the tastes from around the world and I would like to bring that to my kitchen. Some cuisines I have come to know a bit about in the kitchen are; American, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and Indian. I am still just brushing the surface, and there are many expert chefs that inspire me to improve my skill.
