Rent by day kitchen

Hi all...

I'm a proffessional chef currently working the wedding circuit, and I'm looking for a certified kitchen to rent in South Orange County, CA for our events.  Wouldn't need much storage space, and we would only be using the kitchen 1-2 days per week for a few hours.

Any advice?
