What do you mean "our low iron diet" - were you given a diet to follow by a doctor for some condition?

"Siduri said, 'Gilgamesh, where are you roaming? You will never find the eternal life that you seek...Savour your food, make each of your days a delight, ... let music and dancing fill your house, love the child who holds you by the hand and give your wife pleasure in your embrace.'"

Our boarder has a condition in that his blood is very dark and thick, so he has to minimise the amount of iron he eats.  So, we eat a lot of chicken, loads of veggies and suitable starches.

I think his is called Haemachromatosis - not entirely sure of.  Maybe google that and see what you can find.

It could also be Polycythemia - blood that is too thick. My sweetie had it for awhile.

Unless Burno is talking about having a diet that is too low in iron and would like to increase the iron intake in their diet?
