Hello all, I have been an Executive Chef in the Catering Business for 8 years.

I look foreword in meeting chefs from all walks of life. In particular, I love to teach.

So...................... Hello students !!

 

I look foreword to one day seeing that new TV show "American Caterer", should anyone decide to make it.

Our membership is from around the globe and all levels of culinary expertise, too - from 'can't boil water' to master chefs and all points in between.

 

There is a specific forum for culinary students and chefs who like to teach, which you may find interesting - there are also three professionals-only fora, where you can meet others who are presently employed in the culinary trades. 

 

The wikis, blogs, reviews, articles and photographs on the site are well worth spending time to view.  Feel free to join in on any thread you find of interest, or start your own in the relevant forum.
