I am finally going back to school after 5 years. I have switched my major to an AAS in Culinary Arts. To those of you who have already taken the first couple of semesters... I have enrolled for anthropology and a student success elective (the class is called new student seminar) for the first semester, and Hosp 101 (Sanitation and first aid) and Hosp 104 (Nutrition) for the second 18 weeks of the first semester, both of the HOSP classes are online. I am really nervous about having a really full class load during the second half of the semester. I was wondering if you think this is too much? Are those two Hosp classes pretty easy? The reason I ask is that I have a 11 month old at home as well. I don't want to screw myself, if I fail or withdraw any classes right now my financial aid will be taken away for good.
Thank you for any input you can give me.
