I've been enjoying two Chilean sandwiches in particular, the Barros Luco and Lomito Palta.
They're pretty straight forward fast food, with freshly cooked meat, a flatbread/bun, mayo, tomato, avocado. What I'd like to improve is the bread to be more in line with what my local joints bake themselves. Anyone have any pointers or links for good Chilean bread/buns/flatbread.
