Bread Bakery Fairs / Exhibitions

I am looking to start a Bakery (focused on bread) which also introduces sandwiches

 

I want to attend on of the main bread bakery exhibitions / Fairs, preferably in Europe

 

Can you please advise on the best ones?

 

I am looking to get the following out of the exhibitions;

- Talented chef to provide 1 - 2 months training for my staff

- Basic / Creative list of bread products

- Equipment providers and new technologies

- Creative cold / hot sanwiches

- Baking classes

Now that I've exhausted my Arabic, welcome.

 

Although I traveled rather extensively in the Middle East and Europe in the 80s, I regretfully have little to offer in the manner of suggestions.

 

Are you looking to introduce alternatives to Arabic offerings?

Thats a very good arabic strart already :)

 

I am planning to introduce two lines';

 

- Western (French, Italian, etc) bread types

- Oriental (Egyptian, Syrian, Lebanese, Turkish) bread types

 

For both, I really want to take the current products in the market to the next level
