My name is Seif. I've been a home cook for many years. Got my Chef Diploma last year. Still a home chef as my primary profession is not in the culinary industry, yet !

Where are you based?  Was the Diploma a full-time award, or did you do it in your spare time?  Are you intending to ditch the 'day job' and go for it in the culinary world?
