Just wanted to introduce myself. I am a 35 year bar\restaurant professional working in both bars and restaurants in Austin, Texas,Grand Junction, Colorado, and now Camden, Arkansas. Have not spent much time in Camden, but it is most definitely a different culture than the other two. This is also my first experience in a high end fine dining establishment. I also own a publication for the bar and restaurant industry that is now in it's 25th year of publication. The other places were high volume bars with restaurants as side businesses. Have a lot to learn, and this board looks like a really good resource.
