The Healthy Soursop (Guanabana)

I am sure you have journeyed to many an Asian market and wondered "What in the world is that thing?" A heavy green fruit with hard black knobs. Spanish people call it guanabana but in the West Indies we call it SourSop . SourSop trees are all over Barbados and other islands and is widely used to make SourSop Punch .

Usually if we cannot find the fruit in the asian markets, you can always find it with the other Goya products in the drink isle of any supermarket.

Be adventureous and Try it if you dare! :D
