I just graduated with my bachelors degree (in a non cooking related field) and I am planning on moving to Austin. I want to go to culinary school while I'm there. There are a few schools and I want the best training possible, so does anyone have any advice?


I was particularly interested in this one . However between that, the Art Institute, and Le Cordon Bleu - I have a few options. Does any one of these stand out for a particular reason? Is there one to avoid?
