Hello!

    I am new to this forum and am very excited to have joined!!  I have a passion for making Pepper Jelly.  I am experimenting right now with different fruits and pepper combinations.  I also love to bake quick breads.  I hope to learn more and connect with people of similar interests on this forum.  I open my new home baked goods and pepper jelly business in a few days and am both excited and nervous.  Any comments or advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hello Mandi! We're happy to have you be part of the community. As you look over the site you'll see we have much more than only the discussion forums: cooking articles, cookbook and equipment reviews, photos, wikis.... LOTS. We've been around since 2000, so we have a good deal in our archives. Use the search tool here to help you locate earlier conversations. I recommend you read a bit and get a feel for which forum would be best for your particular post. I know others have come with questions on running the business side of a food company; some of their questions and others' answers may be quite helpful.

 

How did you get interested in cooking? Was there someone who inspired you?
