Wouldn't you know it, I was out searching the internet for some pizza dough recipes, similar to that of Lou Malnati's, and I stumble upon a thread in these forums. It's funny really as I have looked for a good "cooking" forum for quite some time only to be disappointed with bloated sites with no real content set-up by advertisers who want you to buy their junk. From what I have seen thus far I can tell these forums are quite active and have some true professionals in their own rights. I hope to be able to contribute with my 20 years of experience in the food industry as well as extend on my culinary knowledge. Needless to say, I'm excited about this place. Looking forward to spending some quality time here.
