im new to chef talk and just move with family to springfield va from the virgin islands
any body needs a simple italian recipe for marinara their it go
enough for a and family for couple of days
1 large can of crused tomatos
2 tbs of chopped finely fresh garli
2 tbs of fresh basil
1 cup of vegetable stock your faver brand
salt,pepper to taste
2 oz of olive oil
1 stick of margarine
add oil first heat it off add garlic cook it until just is turning lightly brown add all ingrediendents stiring one in a while so the sauce will not stck to the pot for 20 minutes at this time add basil and margarine stir well turn it off wait for about 5 mi and will ready to serve
points use a large big pot at 6 quarts will be sufficient and make sure that he botton of the pot is thicker not thin that will give a even cooking,less burning of the sauce
