I'm Johnny P & I just joined today. Been a professional chef for over 30 years in some of the finest Hotels, Restaurants and Banquet facilities in Boston. Hope to make some new friends here, I love to network & love talking food. I think that this will be a great site as I'm always searching for new ideas, techniques and trends. I'm also looking forward to sharing my own experiences with anyone who may need advice.
