I'm Johnny P & I just joined today. Been a professional chef for over 30 years in some of the finest Hotels, Restaurants and Banquet facilities in Boston. Hope to make some new friends here, I love to network & love talking food. I think that this will be a great site as I'm always searching for new ideas, techniques and trends. I'm also looking forward to sharing my own experiences with anyone who may need advice. Feel free to ask.
