Hi All,
Its exciting to know there is even a website devoted to "chef talk". I'm American and have been living in Asia for 5 years. I'm currently Chef for a restaurant group in HCM City, Vietnam. Since "we" work so much its hard for me to meet local chef's (and there's not THAT many). I'm not new to the restaurant business by any means, but, I haven't been a restaurant chef in years... So I have lots of questions and glad there is a place to bounce ideas off from like-minded people.
