I'm Zak, i'm 19 years old and a commis chef from Rochford, Essex, UK
I've just finished a year's apprenticeship at a local restaurant, was a finalist in a local "apprentice of the year" competition out of three colleges, being the top catering student, and on tuesday I fly out to france to start my new job :)
My real passion is pastry, which i developed after working with a sous chef who's passion was pastry! So i'm hoping to follow that route!
