Greenmotion, there appear to be tags of some sort intermingled with your post. I think it reads:

That's me. :) If it's food I can cook; I only pray that after I'm done, it will still be edible!

I sent you a PM (Private Message) about this.

Still, let me welcome you to the community. Besides the discussion forum, we have cooking articles, cookbook and equipment reviews, photo gallery and more. The members are the heart of the community, as I'm sure you'll find as you participate here.

Welcome!

I am the Greenhorn Chef,

If it's food, I can cook it. I only hope that the food is still edible after I'm through preparing my creation!

I'm new to the art of perfecting the dining experience; be it breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner.

The power of herbs has brought me to an understanding with the "exotic" dining. People all over the world generally eat the same food types, but then, all is changed with the addition of the herbs, and the corresponding preparations necessary to inhance this blend of flavors.

Knowing all this is not sufficiant to perfect the dish. This I've learned, and not much else, so and therefore I am "The Greenhorn Chef" ... That's me :)

I'm just a beginner in cooking. I'm not counting opening a can of whatever, and heating it.

My chicken works well. I can't fry a steak-at all- without it turning into jerky. My fish is good.

My goal is to make a turkey. Now that would be GREAT.  If it works
