Very Very Small Muffin Pan

Thread Starter

I have a very small pan already, but I'm looking for something that is tiny.

My current pan is about 2" in diameter across the top, and 1" deep.

Ideally I'd be able to find something half this size.

I'm thinking of using it for making crispy bacon cups then filling them with quail eggs, then baking them again.

The thicker the pan the better.

thanks all!

You need a tartlett pan not a muffin pan. You can search on line.

It's 1.75"in diameter, but only 3/8" deep...would this work? http://www.foodservicewarehouse.com/matfer/336007/p368333.aspx

And this one has a 1.37" diameter http://www.foodservicewarehouse.com/eurodib/sf030n/p370974.aspx

good luck!
