Hi All! I just found this great site (where have you been all my life??) and wanted to say hello. I can't wait to learn about some new cooking techniques here. (And I need them! Ha!)

I agree with you that this is an amazing website.  I was searching the Worldwide Web like you one day for a sheet pan when I found ChefTalk. This is an active community with so many different avenues to take and discover things that can truly expand your culinary knowledge.  I have learned so much here.  

Feel free to participate in all but the Professional forums, as you and I are home cooks. We are asked to read only, but not post in those.  

You can upload pictures of your creations in the galleries; there are articles and reviews that might interest you as well.

If you have any questions or concerns, contact one of the moderators.

Most of all, have fun.

Thanks for the welcome and for the notes. I didn't realize I couldn't post in the professional forum - not that I would have anything to say in there anyway! :) You're from Hawaii? Nice! I'm jealous. It's so beautiful there!!

Yes, you can have the Panini market. ;) I just liked this one better. I have a panini site and a site about being a cooking rookie, and that's how they were chosen. But I like this one a little better.

It's nice to find new cooking sites.  I'm really going to have to explore in here.  I really want to read all the articles and reviews.
