Okay, what I mean my very little experience is I went to a Vocational School while i was in high school and i graduated this year, i have learned a lot about the Culinary Arts, Hospitality, and Travel and Tourism form the website http://sunrisebasictrainingvt.com/ and i'v fully completed it and got all the certificates, also while i was attending my Vocational School i learned all about the safety and everything that can go wrong and how to prepare foods on plates and cooking temps. quantity control, temp. danger zone, bacteria's, food born illnesses, i know all of the cooking ware and what they are used for and how to us them also all the tools (i.e. Knives) i also know all about baking and pastry.
