My name is Kirrianna and I have just recently Qualified as a Chef. My passion lies in specialized dietary cooking and I hope to one day be a part of educating commercial and domestic Kitchens in this field. I'm always interested in finding new recipes for GF DF and Vs and hearing about other peoples stories from the hospitality industry.
At the moment I work in a 5 star hotel in Brisbane but I have also been asked to take on a few catering functions.
