Hi, I'm a 25 yr old man wanting to cook on a pro level. I'm thinking of going to Cooking school but I want to do an UN-Paid internship for a bakery or restaurant, but I don't know how to go about it. If anyone can help or have some ideas please let me know, I really want to get this part of my going and going in a good direction! Any advice is good advice.
