Hi all,

 

I've received fantastic cooking advice from this site, and have returned after a long hiatus for a somewhat uncommon recipe that I've been wanting to get down for over a year: the ProBar. I actually met the founder of the company on a road trip and he gave me a bunch of these for the road, and they are SO delicious. He was a snowboarder and made these for himself before turning it into a company. I'd like to be having these in the morning with coffee before my morning workout. 

 

The site lists the ingredients, and it looks like there's a basic base for all the various flavors to which different ingredients are added. The site says that they're blended, not baked, and contain no preservatives. Can anyone help me get rolling towards making these myself? They're borderline prohibitively expensive to buy packaged, and I'd like to be coming up with my own flavors anyhow. 

 

If anyone has any ideas, I'd be much appreciative!
