Hello all!
I live near Vancouver BC, and I'm a former restaurant owner, caterer, chef, and government food service manager. I do some free lance catering cooking for a few local companies, and I've started consulting as well. I'm (sort of) semi-retired in terms of cooking, although I keep hoping for that perfect job...we'll see.
