I just received several pounds of delicious huckleberries, but they are such a pain to pick over for all of the little stems.  Does anyone have a faster way of handling them or is it really this tedious?  I would like to put them on my menu, but I am not sure if I want to commit to that much prep time for one item/  Maybe that is why I don't see them on too many menus. talker.gif
