Sigh.... Can anyone advise me where I could find springform and bundt pans that are NOT n/s or aluminium?  Does such a thing exist anymore?

thank you in advance....

I've seen silicone Bundt pans. You need to be careful handling them as they flex and can break your cake.

These at Amazon are steel springform pans, tin plated.

Vermont Country Store has glass bundt pans.  Here's the link:  http://www.vermontcountrystore.com/store/jump/productDetail/For_The_Home/Kitchen_&_Dining/Bakeware_&_Cookware/Glass_Bundt_Pan/47953

I haven't bought one yet, but I think I will as I do not use non-stick pans any more.
