Smoked turkey, whipped cream cheese with fresh lemon & chopped fresh basil spread, smuckers strawberry jam, smoked turkey, sprouts, yellow sweet peppers & sliced black olives.

Great in a pita, a wrap, sandwich or salad.

It is a very interesting combination.

Since you like the idea of using strawberries, instead of jam, have you ever thought of making your own unique strawberry chow chow or something like  that ?

I was reading your ingredients but when I got to "Smucker's strawberry jam".....I paused. I see that you may be looking for a fruit/color infusion but just thought if you eliminated "jam" it might get more ......well, its just a thought.

If your sandwich is selling, then all the more power to you.

Petals.

To the customers I call it strawberry puree & have been known to add a little fresh garlic & a touch of prepared horseradish to it.
