Hi

 

New Private Chef I live in the Algarve, Portugal.

 

I have been a chef for over 15 years and a private chef for the last 5-6 years.

 

looking forward to meeting new chefs and members.

I hope you'll explore the site, which includes cooking articles, cookbook and equipment reviews, photo galleries and more- besides the discussion forums. There are several forums for professional chefs; many professionals also participate in the general forums as well, to the delight of those members (like me) who are home cooks! 

 

How did you begin your cooking career? Were there people who inspired you? Are there ingredients or dishes you especially like to make?
