HAS ANYBODY WORKED WITH MAGNUS ?
27 year old Viking Swede, Chef Magnus Nilsson in Fäviken is already on the U.K. London Restaurant Magazine´s Top 50 and he shall be showing off his specialties at Madrid Fusion January 24th - 26th, 2012.
His specialties include: wild trout roe wrapped in crisp Spanish blood sausage skin, venison, wild salmon, ecological Swedish vegetables, Sea Scallops, Swedish beer and Swedish codfish fish ... He serves his concoctions on stone ... He apprenticed in Denmark and he worked at L´Astrance for 3 years.
He recently opened a Hotel and restaurant in Fäviken, a rural zone outside of Stockholm.
