I bought one of these just for making osso buco. I found myself using it for a lot more than just that. I make tomato sauce in it, chili, any excuse I have to bust it out, I do. I absolutely...

One of my first internet knives. Great blade. I mean *great* but the handle was a bit weird. Right now it just sits at the bottom of my knife kit.

welcome Roadking, I'm assuming you don't cater for a living......
There's always info that makes guessing amounts more precise.
1) who are your guests? adults, teenage boys, all women, kids, octigenarians......skinny models, hearty midwest eaters......
2) timing....how long is your party? what else is being served surely not just what you've mentioned? time of day, what else is going on?
3) what you charge depends on all kinds of factors.....are you making sausage from scratch? buying generic or premium? are you providing staff? dropping off? are you renting equipment? ??????
